Epping Forest College students
are taking part in a county wide
scheme which aims to improve
communication for people with
learning difficulties or
disabilities.
It
is hoped that this targeted
approach to the dissemination of
information by and about the
poorest and most marginalized
people, will empower those who
have never before contributed to
the processes that shape their
lives to voice for themselves
their needs and concerns.
